As a service provider, we take over the quality control of production parts and goods. In the quality inspections, we compare the actual condition of your goods and production parts with your predefined target condition. This allows us to reliably identify deviations, document them, and sort and/or rework your products according to your wishes.
We assess the quality of your goods and components through visual inspections, various measurements, material and function tests, detection of surface and color defects, as well as part inspections according to your specifications. Following the quality inspection, we optionally perform rework on products or parts according to your target specifications. You can deploy us both for your own production (CS1) and before the acceptance of products from your supplier (CS2).
